VoDaVi is now offering V-NET coverage on your existing wiring infrastructure, regardless of installer, at a fixed-monthly rate. During the initial engagement phase, VoDaVi technician(s) will perform a combination of a thorough onsite inspection of the current wiring environment that you are seeking warranty coverage on. Our technicians will review identify each cabling run as a pass/fail status. For items that pass, VoDaVi will provide the proposed V-NET cost based on your specific requirements. For items that fail, VoDaVi will propose a cost to repair/resolve the specific issue(s). Once all runs are all in a pass status, VoDaVi will certify the work performed and provide ongoing warranty support services as needed at the proposed fixed monthly rate. VoDaVi will additionally use the information gathered to create a Cabling Roadmap that identifies any additional recommendations to enhance your organization's wiring infrastructure to ensure that your technology's physical layer remains at peak performance.

Please note for V-NET coverage on cabling infrastructure, consumables are included that are needed to repair/replace the failed runs, however installation services will still apply and be invoiced based on VoDaVi's standard payment terms.
