V-NET is VoDaVi’s warranty and support services offered on engineering, configuration and installation services performed. At a fixed monthly rate, VoDaVi will provide superior support services when needed so that your organization will no longer worry about IT hiccups.
With V-NET coverage customers receive a priority service from VoDaVi Technicians for support needed on the eligible devices. Service Level Agreement (SLA) varies based on the specific VNET warranty selected; VoDaVi adheres to the industry standard of a 4-hour SLA unless otherwise agreed upon. SLA is defined as the contracted time VoDaVi must begin work on the issue(s) from the time of initial contact defining the issue(s).
Please note: V-NET is not eligible if moves, adds, or changes to VoDaVi’s original work are made.

V-NET on Existing Technology
VoDaVi will perform a thorough inspection of the current IT equipment that you are seeking warranty coverage on. Our technicians will review the current configurations and protocols based on specific best practices for each item and identify each as a pass/fail status. For items that pass, VoDaVi will provide the proposed V-NET cost based on your specific requirements. For items that fail, VoDaVi will propose a cost to repair/resolve the specific issue(s). Once all devices are all in a pass status, VoDaVi will certify the work performed and provide ongoing warranty support services as needed at the proposed fixed monthly rate. VoDaVi will additionally use the information gathered to create an IT Roadmap that identifies any additional recommendations to enhance your organization's IT environment to ensure that your technology remains at peak performance.

V-NET on Existing Cabling Infrastructure
VoDaVi technician(s) will perform a combination thorough onsite inspection of the current wiring environment. Our technicians will review identify each cabling run as a pass/fail status. For items that pass, VoDaVi will provide the proposed V-NET cost based on your specific requirements. Once all runs are all in a pass status, VoDaVi will certify the work performed and provide ongoing warranty support services as needed at the proposed fixed monthly rate. VoDaVi will additionally use the information gathered to create a Cabling Roadmap that identifies any additional recommendations to enhance your organization's wiring infrastructure to ensure that your technology's physical layer remains at peak performance.
Please note for V-NET coverage on cabling infrastructure, consumables are included that are needed to repair/replace the failed runs, however installation services will still apply and be invoiced based on VoDaVi's standard payment terms.
