Data provided to third parties is stored on systems we do not own and is provided in accordance with our policies.

In addition, we may disclose your personal information to third parties (i) in the event we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your Personal Information to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets; or (ii) if VoDaVi or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case Information held by it about its customers and partners will be one of the transferred assets.

 

Your Control Over Information

 

When you register/subscribe to our newsletter and other electronic communications, we will occasionally contact you via email, postal mail, or telephone. This contact may involve notification of new services being offered by VoDaVi. You may opt-out of this contact by unsubscribing from our mailing list. If you no longer wish to receive emails from VoDaVi, please go to our contact us at VoDaViTechnologies.com and we will remove you from our contact list.

Retention and Disposal of Personal Information

 

We will retain your personal information as needed to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. We will retain and use your personal information as necessary to comply with our business requirements, legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect our assets, and enforce our rights and agreements.

We will not retain personal information in identifiable form when the purpose(s) for which the personal information was collected have been achieved and, there is no legal or business need to retain such personally identifiable information. Thereafter, the data will either be destroyed, deleted, anonymized, and/or removed from our systems.

 

Use of the VoDaVi Website

 

You may use our website without supplying any personal information. VoDaVi collects personal information on our site where you may register for a webinar/seminar or obtain or request other information or services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our site. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence. We may also collect personal information when you carry out a payment transaction through our site, request an evaluation or enter “Live Chat” via the site.

In addition, we automatically log the domain name of where you came from, the IP address your computer is currently using, the type of web browser that you use, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring and exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. This information allows us to improve the site by serving the pages you visit, and we may use the information for statistical purposes and to track usage patterns. In addition, we use the data we collect to make various determinations in our systems. We do not use this information to personally identify you, the user.
