  1. Product Returns: All product returns are subject to approval by our suppliers. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Approval from the supplier must be obtained before any returns can be processed.
     

  2. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 5% will apply to all approved product returns. This fee is to cover the costs associated with inspecting and restocking the returned item passed through from our suppliers.
     

  3. Services: Please note that no returns are offered for services provided. Once a service has been rendered, it is considered final and non-refundable.
     

  4. Condition of Returns: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Any items that are damaged or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
     

  5. Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt of the product. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for approval.
     

  6. Refund Processing: Upon approval of your return and receipt of the returned product, a refund will be processed, minus the restocking fee. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
